Our Approach
Navsar brings a structured, engineering-first approach to outage execution and asset longevity. We help operators understand real equipment condition beyond routine maintenance. Done well, these interventions extend equipment life, restore performance, and prevent future failures.
Reliability and Process Improvement
Residual Life Assessment (RLA)
We evaluate the health of aging assets to prevent premature renewal. For Singapore based power generation company, we performed an RLA on 34-year-old steam turbine casings using NDT and metallographic surface replication. We proved the casings were suitable for continued service, saving the client the cost of a major component renewal.
Process and System Optimization
We translate field findings into operational gains. At the Malicounda Power IPP, we diagnosed power generation drops in a 130 MW plant. By identifying cooling water inefficiencies and design deficiencies, we implemented a roadmap that restored power output and improved efficiency.
Performance Testing
We provide professional engineering for formal verification. This includes developing performance testing procedures for 2 x 700 MW boilers at Indian IPP and providing engineering expertise for PG tests at NTPC Solapur.

We provide site assessments and engineering roadmaps for the dismantling or relocation of infrastructure, as demonstrated by our relocation project from India to Africa.
